Private bike tour to Maras salt flat and Moray ruins

Touring Cusco by bicycle will take you to the heart of the Sacred Valley and will make your visit much more exciting. Explore the impressive circular terraces of Moray, built by the Inca culture for agricultural experimentation in low and high climates. Then admire the salt mines of Maras one of the natural wonders, known as the salt mines of Maras, consisting of thousands of wells or small pools where salt is formed, by a single channel of water that flows to all the wells, which expels the mountain of Qaqawiñay.

The tour will begin with pick up at your hotel or meeting point in Cusco. You will embark on a 50-minute trip to the community of Cruz Pata in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
In Cruzpata, you will join a 15-minute bike training session and then officially begin your adventure. You will drive to the imposing Huaypo Lagoon, a place that has inspired many stories and legends.
You will feel the adventure as you travel along the road to Riobamba, then take the bus to the salt mines of Maras. You will see these impressive natural salt pools from a lookout point and choose to buy some of the salt products offered there.
At the end of the trail you will also see the mountains of Veronica and Chicon. Afterwards, you will return to the salt mines of Maras to reach the final destination, the city of Cusco.
